Upcoming Meetings

March 5, 4:30 -6 – The Morton Arboretum, Lisle
Topic: Literacy Through the Seasons

Join us for this FREE event – a night of literacy throughout the seasons at the Morton Arboretum in the Sterling Morton Library. From seasonally based tips and tricks to useful take-home tools, we have so many things to share with you for supporting emergent literacy experiences outdoors! Create nature journals, share in storytelling and acting, explore the concepts of sit-spots, sound mapping and partake in a conversation about literacy in the field.

Do you have a favorite book about a particular season? We encourage you to bring it along to share! Ms.Rita from the Sterling Morton Library will also have books on display for each season!
